Can I return something if I don’t like it?

  • We do not issue refunds for change of mind or wrong size. Full-priced items or items purchased with a discount coupon can be returned for a Store Credit if you are unhappy with your purchase.
  • If you used a coupon code to get a discount, your store credit will be equal to the total price you paid for that item (minus the discount).
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of item(s.)
  • Item/s will only be accepted if returned in their original, clean, unworn/unused condition. Unworn condition meaning you have not worn any clothing beyond the extent and sole purpose of trying on for size assessment.
  • Postage must be paid for by customer for return shipment.
  • It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
  • Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our Change of Mind Policy may not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

Item(s) that contain a design/production flaw, or have been damaged during shipment, are eligible for a free exchange upon assessment.
